Schedules, bookings and passes on your studio's website.
When you run classes and sell passes, you need a clear way to manage sign-ups. We build a website with a timetable, place reservations and client accounts. The system is adapted to the rules of your studio, school or club.
Discuss your projectWho is it for?
For yoga and Pilates studios, dance schools, fitness clubs and other businesses running classes. What matters is how people book and use their passes, rather than the name of the industry.
What we can build
Class schedules
Clients can see classes, dates and instructors. We adapt the timetable to your programme and the way you organise it.
Place reservations
Clients book through your website. We agree class capacities and the rules for booking and cancelling places.
Passes and packages
Passes follow what you sell: a number of visits, packages and validity periods. We agree how they are used before development.
Client accounts
Clients have their own accounts and access to bookings. The studio can manage reservations and passes in one system.
Your website and your brand
Alongside bookings, show your classes, instructors, prices and studio information. The design and content should reflect your business.
Room to develop
New classes, changes to passes and additional needs can be part of further development. We agree the work and subscription scope together.
See an example
My Harmony Place uses a website with class schedules, bookings, passes and client accounts. It is a live project for a Pilates and wellness studio. The same approach can be adapted to other types of classes.

Is the system only for Pilates?
No. It can support yoga, dance, fitness and other classes. We first agree the timetable structure, capacity and how passes work.
Can I offer different passes?
Yes. We discuss the number of visits, validity, eligible classes and usage rules. We do not assume every studio charges its clients in the same way.
Can I move clients from an existing system?
We first check what data is available and how it can be exported. The transfer scope, data preparation and any limits are agreed before quoting.
How do you price a booking system?
We look at schedules, pass types, booking rules, website content and additional features. We quote the setup fee separately from the monthly subscription for maintenance and agreed development.
